Lust For Life

CVLTS is Gaurav and Josh, a mysterious duet from Kansas City. They appeared a few months ago, floating on internet with a singular irony (you know, because of this other famous poppy band Cults… ).
But CVLTS has nothing to do with cute music. This is dark modern instrumental psychedelia. Not a reminiscence from the 70s, just a haunting, beautiful black wave that tumbles you over and over again and makes you reach a strange soothing state.
They currently have an album Lvst, digitally available via Amdiscs and on their site in cassette and cdr formats.
At the end of august, they will release a very limited edition cassette on Atelier Ciseaux.
Since then, they’ve been kind enough to answer our revised Proust questionnaire.
